1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RFQ Marketplace, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Do not share your password.

3. Buyer Terms

Buyers may post purchase requests for free. Requests must be genuine and for lawful products. Posting false or misleading requests may result in account termination.

4. Seller Terms

Sellers must submit accurate quotes. Free accounts receive 7 quotes per week. Paid subscriptions provide higher limits and features as described in the pricing page. Subscription fees are non-refundable after 7 days.

5. Prohibited Content

The following are prohibited: illegal goods, counterfeit items, weapons, drugs, adult content, spam, and any content that violates Pakistani law.

6. Transactions

RFQ Marketplace is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not party to any transaction. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy and, where stricter, the individual seller's stated policy. Self-pickup ("Self Picked") orders are excluded from the platform's return and exchange process. Because the buyer collects the item directly from the seller and no platform delivery or courier is involved, any return or exchange on a self-pickup order is a direct matter to be settled between the buyer and the seller. RFQ Marketplace does not mediate, refund, or arrange pickups for self-pickup orders.

8. Subscription & Payments

Seller subscriptions are billed yearly. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Quote limits reset monthly. Expired subscriptions revert to the free plan.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including the design and code, is owned by RFQ Marketplace. User-submitted content remains the property of the user.

10. Limitation of Liability

RFQ Marketplace is not liable for any disputes, losses, or damages arising from transactions between users.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
